Shipping Policy

At Authentically Radd, we aim to process and dispatch your orders promptly. Generally, your items are prepared for shipment within a span of 7-10 business days. For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is specified in the item's description. While we strive to adhere to these dates, unforeseen delays may occur, and we thank you for your understanding in these situations.

Our distribution network spans multiple warehouses across the United States, and as such, your order may be divided and sent in two separate shipments.

We're pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within the USA for orders totaling over $150. Please note that the estimated shipping timeframes do not encompass the time required for order processing.

Once your order departs from our warehouse, the responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. If a package is mislaid by USPS, we regret to inform you that Authentically Radd cannot assume responsibility for the loss.
