Refund policy

Items that are unworn with tags attached, free of any odors, pet hair or deodorant marks are eligible to be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt. You have approximately 7 days to ship your return back to us. Requests for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit. Item(s) returned without tags, or in unsellable condition received outside of the designated time frame  are non returnable and will be shipped back at the customer's expense. 

Daily deals, pre-orders, After dark, bodysuits, swim, and any items marked final sale, and sale items are NON RETURNABLE. This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes)  Undergarments (bras, shapewear, etc), Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) Bath and Body, and Food, and Gift (home decor, novelty, bath, etc) items are NON RETURNABLE.

You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.
