Authentically Radd is proud to offer free returns that meet the following guidelines:

Customers have a 10-day return window commencing from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn with tags attached, free of any odors, pet hair, makeup  & deodorant marks and may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Requests for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit. Item(s) returned without tags, or in unsellable condition or received outside of the designated time frame are non returnable and will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Non Returnable Items

Daily deals, pre-orders, customized orders,  any items marked final sale, and seasonal items are NON RETURNABLE. This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes)  Undergarments (bras, shapewear, etc), Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) Bath and Body, and Food, and Gift (home decor, novelty, bath, etc) items are NON RETURNABLE.

Please note, all items purchased with return credit are also final sale.

You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.

Order Errors or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 30 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 30 days of receipt.  

Exchanges

Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds. 

Return shipping is non reimbursable.
