Returns + Exchanges

Returns 

Items that are unworn with tags attached, free of any odors, pet hair or deodorant marks are eligible to be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt. You have approximately 7 days to ship your return back to us. Requests for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit. Item(s) returned without tags, or in unsellable condition received outside of the designated time frame  are non returnable and will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Non Returnable Items

Daily deals, pre-orders, any items marked final sale, and sale items are NON RETURNABLE. This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes)  Undergarments (bras, shapewear, etc), Accessories (Jewelry, glasses, handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc) Bath and Body, and Food, and Gift (home decor, novelty, bath, etc) items are NON RETURNABLE.

You may not return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.

Order Errors or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 30 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 30 days of receipt.  

Exchanges

Due to daily inventory changes, we do not facilitate exchanges. You may reorder your item at your leisure or wait until your return has been processed and order using your store credit. You will only receive store credit.  We do not issue refunds. 

Additional Notes

All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). (Example: If you received an item that was a gift, the return must be posted to the purchaser's account). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number. 

 A customer return rate above 15% will begin to incur restocking fees. A consistent return rate above 15% will result in removal from our shopping platform.

Return shipping is non reimbursable.
